Green smoothie:
– Handful of leafy greens e.g. baby spinach and/or kale
– 5 slices of cucumber (10g)
– 2 slices (about 20g) of avocado
– 1 cup of roughly chopped fresh pineapple
– ¼ cup coconut water
– 2 teaspoons of Vital All-In-One
Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth
