1. Eligibility to Claim
This offer is available to residents of Australia and New Zealand aged 18 and
over. Employees of the promoter, its affiliates, and their immediate families
are not eligible to claim. Immediate family includes spouses, children,
parents, siblings, and their respective relations.
2. Offer Period
- The purchase must be made between 1 July 2025 and 31 December 2025.
- Claims must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
3. Qualifying Purchase
To be eligible, you must purchase one (1) Vital All-In-One Original or (1) Vital All-In-One Lemon & Ginger product from a retailer in Australia or New Zealand or on e-commerce websites; ww.martinandpleasance.com.au or www.vitaleveryday.com
4. How to Claim
If you're not satisfied with the product, you must:
a) Contact Martin & Pleasance Customer
Service via email, stating your dissatisfaction.
b) Provide your full name, contact number, email,
postal address, and proof of purchase.
c) Mail the product's original packaging to:

Include the same contact details and receipt used in your email.
d) Once received, our team will contact you for your BSB and account details to process the refund.
e) Refunds will be made via EFT and may take up to 30 business days to process.
5. Refund Conditions
- Only one (1) refund is available per person.
- Refunds cover the amount paid (inclusive of GST) on proof of purchase.
- If multiple products were bought, only one refund is available per qualifying claim.
- Refunds are only processed for customers who meet all conditions outlined above.
- Claims with incomplete or unreadable information will be deemed invalid.
6. Validity & Verification
Martin & Pleasance / Vital Everyday reserves the right to:
- Verify the identity, age, and residence of claimants.
- Reject claims deemed to have been tampered with, are incomplete, or fraudulent.
- Disqualify individuals using multiple names, emails, or addresses to claim.
7. Important Notes
- Claimants must keep original purchase receipts.
- If identity is disputed, the promoter may determine it at their sole
discretion. - Refunds are only available for customers in Australia and New Zealand.
- Claims submitted after the offer period will not be accepted.
- Refunds will not be issued if incorrect banking or contact details are provided.
8. Limitation of Liability
This offer does not limit or exclude consumer rights under Australian or New Zealand law.
To the extent permitted by law, Martin & Pleasance is not liable for:
a) Technical issues or delays
b) Lost, stolen or misdirected claims
c) Any variation in refund value
d) Tax implications resulting from this offer
