How do I take Vital Plant Protein?
Dissolve or mix two heaped tablespoons in 200mls of water or milk of your choice, yoghurt or blended into a smoothie. Consume 1-2 times per day depending on how much protein you want in your diet. Or take as directed by your practitioner.
Children: Children from 12 years of age can take half this serve. Children under the age of 12 should seek recommendations from a healthcare professional.

Is Vital Plant Protein hydrolysed?
No Vital Plant Protein is not hydrolysed. Other proteins may be hydrolysed or broken down to help increase the absorption of the protein. Vital Plant Protein already has a very high digestible rating (98%) which is based the low anti-nutritional factors content, making it therefore very well tolerated and digested. Because the pea protein isolate in Vital Plant Protein is of high purity it contains all the essential amino acids and in significant amounts.
