This gives them unique attributes such as surviving in extreme climates and having the ability to grow and accumulate meaningful levels of useful nutrients, including Cholecalciferol. There are many different species of Lichen, and Vitashine D3™ work with a carefully selected strain following extensive research and development into natural sources of Vitamin D3.

Adults: Take 2-4 capsules daily.

Note: non-pregnant adults can take 2-4 capsules daily depending on iron requirements.

Pregnant women: Take 4 capsules daily. Advise your doctor of any medicine you take during pregnancy, particularly in your

Adults 50 years and under: Take 2 capsules daily.

Adults 51 years and over: Take 3 capsules daily. 

Note: a higher dose is recommended for people 51
years and over due to higher recommended daily intake of calcium.
